Theater 555 Accessibility details

General Access Info: The theater is wheelchair accessible. A ramp is located on the East side of the theater for access to the front of the venue. Accessible doorbells are located at the farthest East and West doors at the front of the venue.

Restrooms: Restrooms are on the ground level and are wheelchair accessible.

​

Accessible Seating Locations: Orchestra Location (Row A) - Front Row House Left on the Aisle, closest to the accessible entryway. No elevators or escalators at Theater 555.

Additionally, both Row A & Row B are located on the GROUND LEVEL and are accessible via the HOUSE LEFT ACCESSIBLE ENTRYWAY (closest to seats numbered 101 through 110)

Rows C through H require STEPS.

Seats A101, A102, and A103 are removable ADA chairs (not theater seats). These locations are reserved for patrons requiring ADA access. Please only purchase these seat locations if you need accessibility.

Theater Policies

  • The use of cameras, recording devices, cell phones, and other electronic devices during the performance is strictly prohibited.

  • Everyone attending a performance must have a ticket.

  • Ticket Fees are $2.75 per ticket + 8% face value. Processing and Handling Fees apply to ALL in-person box office sales (unless paying with CASH).

  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management, and may not be sat in their originally purchased seats.

  • Wheelchair and mobility-impaired seating is intended for patrons with mobility disabilities.

  • Wheelchair accessibility needs must be directly communicated with boxoffice@theater555.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance.

  • Assisted listening/hearing/vision devices are not currently available at Theater555.

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS PERMITTED IN THE THEATER. (Closed cap water bottles will be allowed. Water fountain available in the lobby).

  • Theater 555 is not responsible for large items such as strollers, scooters, bicycles, suitcases, etc. that are brought into the venue. There is no coat/bag/personal item check at the venue.

  • No weapons are permitted on the premises.

  • Theater 555 lobby opens 1-hour prior to each performance (lobby seating is very limited)

  • Concessions are NOT AVAILABLE at Theater 555.
