Theater 555 Accessibility details
General Access Info: The theater is wheelchair accessible. A ramp is located on the East side of the theater for access to the front of the venue. Accessible doorbells are located at the farthest East and West doors at the front of the venue.
Restrooms: Restrooms are on the ground level and are wheelchair accessible.
Accessible Seating Location: Orchestra Location (Row A) - Wheelchair seating does not involve steps.

Theater Policies

The use of cameras, recording devices, cell phones, and other electronic devices during the performance is strictly prohibited.

Everyone attending a performance must have a ticket.

Children under the age of 12 months qualify for a lap seat ticket available for purchase at the box office on the day of the performance.

Ticket Fees are $2.75 per ticket + 8% face value. Processing and Handling Fees also apply to all in-person box office sales. There are no walk-up discounts or rush tickets at Theater 555.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management, and may not be sat in their originally purchased seats.

Wheelchair and mobility-impaired seating is intended for patrons with mobility disabilities.

Wheelchair accessibility needs must be directly communicated with boxoffice@theater555.com at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled performance.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS PERMITTED IN THE THEATER.

Theater 555 is not responsible for large items such as strollers, scooters, bicycles, suitcases, etc. that are brought into the venue. There is no coat/bag/personal item check at the venue.
